Thanks to the kindness of all who give to campaigns like Light Up A Life, we were able to completely refurbish the Hydrotherapy Pool in Harold’s Cross Hospice.
Costing €210k, the pool is now once again a vital resource for our Rheumatology and Palliative Care patients who use it daily.

The benefits of the pool are wonderful and include rehabilitation, pain relief, improved flexibility, and easing muscle spasm.
Hydrotherapy exercises are carried out and supervised by an expert Physiotherapist and can also promote relaxation and well being.
